As stated in our return policy, orders can be only returned to us within 20 days from the delivery date. To return part or all of your order, please locate the return slip that was enclosed with your order or print out this page:
-write down your order # in the space provided, check the reason for return, whether or not it's a refund or an exchange, and ship it back to us. We do not cover return shipping costs but do refund part or all of the original shipping cost, based on the number of items you return as well as cover the cost for exchange shipments.
