We do offer wholesale fabric to individuals and businesses with large volume fabric needs. If you are in California, you will be prompted for your nine-digit seller's license number at checkout time and the tax will be deducted from your order. If you're not in California, tax will not be charged and no seller's license is necessary. (Click here to apply to the CA BOE for one.)

To setup your account, sign up here and then contact us after you've established some ordering history with us. We will not honor Net30 terms for your first orders, payment must be made in advance until we develop a working relationship with you.

Due to the current state of the economy we cannot honor Net30 terms at this time, unless a 50% deposit is provided up front. Sorry for any inconvenience.

To receive the lowest price we sell by the roll as it comes from the manufacturer, as described below in our wholesale price list: price, number of rolls, and roll size.

To place your order, just select the fabric(s) and color(s) you're interested in and enter in the total yardage (i.e. 100 yards = two 50 yard rolls) of each fabric/color. Regarding colors: yes you can order different colors at once. In your order notes, be sure to mention that you're ordering based on the wholesale rates, by saying:

"By the roll pricing, at (insert price per roll based on your quantity)".

Then when we receive your order we adjust the invoice to reflect the wholesale pricing, before we run/collect the charge on your credit card. The first email sent to you is an automatic email, just disregard this. We'll send an updated invoice after we receive your order, if requested, otherwise you should receive one with your order. The temporary authorization for the original amount will not be collected, instead the actual amount you were quoted or even if you didn't get a quote from us, will be adjusted to match what you've ordered. If your order has not been adjusted properly, please contact us right away.

Wholesale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can they be combined with any of our other discounts. Order a swatch first to be sure it's what you want!
Lastly, rolls may have minor manufacturer defects, i.e. small holes generally in the salvage, samples cut out and/or the last yard(s) may be too wrinkled for use.
